Automatic Cage system for Pullet

Specifications:

1) Designed for pullet (baby chicken for egg production)

2) Special design for feeding and drinking

3) High raising density

Advantages:

A. The system is designed for pullet (baby chicken raised for egg production).

B. Special feeding system is designed for baby chicks. The height of water line can be adjusted according to the age of birds.

C. Pullet raising time is about 90 days. After 90 days, birds will be transferred to layer house for egg production.

D. Normally one pullet house can be matched with three or four layer house. (The birds quantity of pullet house and layer house should be equal).

Automatic Manure removal System PP manure belt type manure removing system has two types.

1) Longitudinal manure conveying system

Each tier cage equip with PP manure belt.Chicken manure will fall down to the belt.Through the belt,the manure are conveyed to the end of the house.

2) Transverse manure removing system

Manure is conveyed to the end of the house,falls onto the cross manure belt.

Manure is conveyed to truck outside poultry house directly through uploading manure removing device.

Connected with transverse conveyor to the manure truck directly and no manure left in the farm, it means better environment for the chickens. 

Automatic Egg Collecting System Egg collecting has two types: 1) Vertical egg collecting system

Workers will collect eggs standing in front of the egg collecting machine

2) Central egg collecting system

a. Eggs are conveyed to egg house by the central egg conveying belt. Workers collect egg in the egg house instead of layer house.

b. Hence it can reduce the cross disease infection between layers and human.

c. In addition, it also can be connected with egg grading machine or egg packing machine to realize fully automatic.
